Unfortunately, I had a really unpleasant experience with the shower. The drain was clogged, and sometime in the middle of the night, a horrible smell started coming from it—it was honestly unbearable. It made it hard to sleep, and I was pretty disappointed that something like this wasn’t addressed beforehand. I hope this gets resolved quickly, as it really affected the comfort of my stay.

Fun boutique hotel - renovation in the Denver Union Station with unique retro/mod room designs. Our room had two full bathrooms! Lots of great dining and bar options in the building and within close walking distance. Riverfront trail close by for walk, run, bike. Highly recommend.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. After a sleepless night, the staff got me a mattress topper that really helped the send night. The air conditioning cycled on and off constantly, but they brought a fan so I could just turn it off. Staff was VERY apologetic and wonderful
