Lots of operational challenges, no information on check in regarding the spa, the restaurants I should have had access to as a VIP guest, or the fact that one of the restaurants that the concierge recommended and booked for us was operated separately from the resort and we could not charge the meal to our room as we had done with the other restaurants.
