Wonderful front desk staff and beautiful place

Very nice, clean, and centrally located hotel. About 20 minutes walk from the port. A few minutes walk to Heraklion's Archeological Museum which is a must-see in Heraklion. Many restaurants and local stores around. At night it can be a bit noisy but that is the advantage of being close to many attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There's also laundry and luggage storage services nearby for those who may wa t to store their luggage while traveling to islands. Highly recommended and would stay here again.

I'm actually quite disappointed with this hotel. I wished I complained when we arrived. First of all, the hotel grounds itself is amazinggggg. Food is amazing. The only let down was the room. The room is so basic for what you pay at this hotel. Everything else is so well thought of but then you go into your room and it's so meh. Nothing speculatar about the room itself. Very underwhelming. We got the pool with private garden and there was no access way to the garden. You have to swim to get to the private garden. The pool itself is so small, what's the point. You can't have a proper swim. The pool was dirty too. The room was also dirty although it is daily cleaned on the surface. Under the bed was Dusty! And under the table cabinet was Dusty. I was quite disappointed to be honest for whats advertised. I think they purposely do not show the room and instead use a floor plan. If I saw the room, I would have picked a different hotel. Everything else is perfect though, it's just the room that was underwhelming for me.

Excellent accommodation, close to Chania if you have a car, and close to the hotel that operates the villas. Very spacious villas, pool, very good views from the balcony. The mini-kitchen and the big fridge were very welcome - enough to cook a quick meal and store whatever you bring from the city and surrounding areas. The cleaning staff are very attentive, and seem to always be in a good mood - adds positively to the atmosphere. You can make use of the hotel services like spa/massage. You may want to bring earplugs with you if you are a sensitive sleeper - the cocks from the nearby farm were loud from ~06:00.

Excellent hotel within walking distance of the port for our short stop over in Heraklion . Staff very helpful and allowed us to have early breakfast before our ferry .
