If you need assistance or if something happens at the property, you have to text or WhatsApp a number, and the response can take a while. The room itself was comfortable, and the bathroom was fine, nothing special but functional. Overall, it’s a good stay if you value location and don’t mind limited on-site service. The location is close to everything you need including restaurants , shopping , the ferry , and all the tourist sights . The room was modern , and although the roof top terrace , pool and bar were closed for the season, it looked modern , clean and had an AMAZING VIEW. The hotel is in a very safe area , (even though Split is very safe anyways ) I would totally recommend this hotel . Great Stay !
