Woodland Kid friendly Holidays

I loved everything about it except the temperature of the lobby/bar. We were so cold eating lunch that we almost didn't enjoy the food. I don't know why hotels waste electricity putting their guests in a meat freezer.

The location allowed us to explore a lot of different areas.

Room service should not be delivered in to go containers and paper cups with plastic utensils at a hotel of this level.

We had great time! We enjoyed our stay

This was my fourth stay at The Rittenhouse in the past couple of years. I’ve visited with my family to tour a college or attend an event, and the location keeps bringing us back. Rittenhouse Square is across the street, with great restaurants, including Parc, just steps away. The rooms are spacious, and the gym has several Peloton bikes and treadmills. I’m also looking forward to the new restaurant opening soon. What stands out most is how genuinely kind and attentive the staff are. They made me feel well taken care of during this visit, and that means a great deal. The experience may not have felt quite as flawless as it did on my earliest stays, but The Rittenhouse is still a hotel I’m happy to return to and recommend. If you’re looking for a spacious room in a fantastic location near shopping and restaurants, The Rittenhouse is an excellent choice.
