It’s a nice property but badly managed with ZERO quality control on the services provided. Although the housekeeping staff is friendly, they are not properly trained to provide at least basic services. For example, I only got clean towels properly arranged on the bathroom only one time in one week of my stay there, the day that I requested; no refil of coffee capsules; no refil of shower gel; and etc. It’s definitely not the week vacation that anybody could wish for. No more Maxwell Residency.

Smaller property but has everything needed. Restaurants were good, food was ok. Pools are nice and refreshing, but got hot towards the end of the day. It was HOT when we were there and the several waterfalls are pretty nice but I'm sure they heat up the pools. Entertain every night was nice. There are lots of biting flies, so bring bug spray. Very helpful and friendly staff. We would definitely stay again.

Celebrated my anniversary here and from start to finish, it was amazing. Staff were helpful and flexible; we checked in and out not within the designated time frames, and it wasn't a hassle. All staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was even decorated for our anniversary without even being asked. Would recommend this place to anyone.
