Seftigen District Kid friendly Holidays

Very nice hotel with caring staff.

Very pleasant stay at this hotel while in Interlaken. The hotel is kept up well and was very clean. The housekeeper for our floor was very friendly and helpful. All of the staff did a great job of taking care of anything we needed. We were able to store our luggage both the day we arrived and the day we left. The included breakfast had a good mixture of items. The room was spacious and had a good sized sitting area as well as plenty of room to store your clothes and luggage. Water bottles, coffee and a mini fridge were available. Due to unusually warm temperatures the air had already been shut off and the heat turned on but the staff made sure they got our room back to an enjoyable temperature. All staff members seemed to be trained to do all tasks so they were all great.

I don’t write many reviews but want to enthuse about the Bellevue Palace, primarily for the quality of customer service. The staff are the warmest, most delightful, caring and helpful I’ve ever experienced in a hotel of this quality, I will return!

Pros - Overall, the apartment was clean and modern. It is spacious with enough storage for our belongings. Convenient location and come with strong working A/C, great feature in summer; also having washer, dryer and functioning kitchen are good features. Cleaners come in everyday to help wash dishes, tidy up, etc. which was nice. Cons - Dryer was not functional and had to self fix. Shower tiles were grimy and moldy.
