Love the shuttle service even though I only used it once. Good location. Frankly I’d want to stay here every time my husband goes in for chemo but I’m a bit disappointed with the rewards program and how unused points are treated which, I know, is not this hotel’s fault. . I had the best breakfast I'd had in years at a hotel where the bacon was crisp and not greasy and the omelet prepared to perfection. There was no cranberry juice available per my request for breakfast neither was there ginger ale available at night. The room upgrade was an issue even though I'm a member of their reward program I booked through a 3rd party. But lucky for me the very kind gentleman at check in heard my request as a disappointment and went ahead with the room upgrade. The room was stocked with a great selection of alcoholic beverages and snacks. The bed very comfortable. The only downside was the room was in the back near railroad tracks with trains running until midnight and starting up again around 7am. Did not try the pool because of the winter weather. The price was great for an overnight New Year's Day stay. I look forward to another stay! (3,512 reviews) Not the first time I’ve tried to check in late to not have a room ready. We arrived at 8:30pm and our suite was still occupied. They did accommodate with a free night stay which was very appreciated. But my review of the suite itself is 3\. Only one sink and very small bath. Open door while hubby on toilet and bruises his knees. Only one outlet plug in the bathroom. Like not even a double plug. Literally only one outlet. The ironing board was broken and when we left a note we found it neatly back in our closet. Ha ha. There was a bar with bar stools in our suite but no plugs there for the coffee maker so we had to carry to the desk to use. And no real coffee cups just paper. Just an odd design plan….like no thought went into function.
