I attempted to cancel and reschedule or get at least a credit due to the nor Easter and the hotel never answered myself or Expedia ! It was horrible the travel was stopped by the storm and out of our control and they refused to communicate and respond for a refund

I loved my stay at the LES Sixty. The front desk staff and the cleaning staff were amazing. I was a little disappointed that I was being charged a building amenities fee when we weren't allowed to use the pool and also the room next to us smoked weed amd cigarettes all day and all night. The smell was leaking into my room and it kicked off my asthma. Once I told the staff they took care of it as much as they could so I appreciated that. But overall, my stay was very pleasant.

We felt the room was clean but the property itself was not. There were discrepancies with billing and incidentals deposit. Property charged our card before check in without permission, required us to provide incidental deposit before arrival and charged it again upon check in even though a card was already preprovided. Bartender was sketchy at best, seemed to try to pull a quick move to get cash on top of already charging card. They also seem unconcerned with the filth outside their doors. Location was convenient.
