Room service was extra, no alcohol after midnight. The coffee they provided is powdered and not tasty. The hotel staff is always bothering you to sell packages such as spa, barber, water sports etc… also they were expecting tips all the time when they see you. The staff are excellent and cannot do enough for you. The rooms are roomy with a large balcony overlooking a pool area, beds are comfortable and rooms are clean but a bit dated, The all inclusive is not worth it, drinks choice is awful and wine is only served with meals, only red and white no rose !
