The view of the lake from our room was amazing. We were on the 5th floor. The hotel staff was friendly (Marco at check-in was great), and the room was extremely clean! Lovely amenities with a hand written note from manager. Short walk into town, breakfast was pleasant on terrace, private parking available for 19CHF/night. Would definitely recommend and stay here again in the near future!

Everything is good except the breakfast. The breakfast itself is ok but there were fliers on the meats and cheese. After seeing them, I didn’t feel like eating anymore.

To start , some of us can't leave without Ac , this property not only has one but one that works , ( those of you who travel through the old world understand). Service is exceptional, and property is not a resort size but big enough. Great for families and couples as well, available bikes for all ages, pool ( small but warm) gym, indoor pool, on site dining option , and again service excellent.

"Staff were very helpful and hotel is beautiful. Rooms were spacious and clean. The property had free bikes to explore the town and a free shuttle (that must be booked as they only have one shuttle). Location is quiet and can be easily reached by taking Bus 1 from Locarno."
