The staff greeted us warmly and were attentive from the very start, making us feel incredibly welcomed—almost like receiving celebrity treatment. Our room also offered a beautiful view overlooking Hyde Park. Watching the morning activity in the park—people walking their dogs and the wildlife just across the street—added such a peaceful and charming element to our stay. The location is also incredibly walkable, making it easy to explore many of London’s highlights. We were visiting London for a special mother–daughter trip to celebrate my daughter’s final year of pre-med studies, and the hotel helped make the experience even more memorable.
