From the time we arrived via taxi the staff is amazing and so polite!! It is our second trip to Baha Mar and loved it!!! We brought our 3 older kids and their spouse or significant other who were blown away by Baha Mar and all it offers on the property!! The only request is to offer more of the West Beach covered cabanas. We loved it the first time we had it in 2024. Either way this place is top notch!!!

Family friendly, not much to do on site, staff are nice , laundry facilities are really outdated. The apartments in front of the private beach access is not worth it. Quite boring honestly but seem well organized otherwise.
