The area around the hotel is well maintained and lots of restaurants to choose from. The reception desk women were helpful and would get items needed in your room

This property is centrally located so close to everything and easy walking distance to all attractions. There was a full breakfast each morning and we had to leave very early in the morning before the restaurant was open and they prepared a breakfast for us to have at the airport without us even asking. . The front desk were very accommodating and were always happy to assist in anyway. I would definitely return to Hotel 13 .

Very clean rooms with all the facilities. The staff was very helpful. Excellent location. Shops are all within walking distance.

We were housed in a room that fronted a side street and the noise from the street kept us up until past 2 am. We had an early flight and when I complained to the front desk clerk he indicated that I was not the first to complain about the noise. He blamed local students. I blame the hotel for not recognizing a problem and dealing with it.
