Breakfast was very crowded and some of the food in short supply. One of the coffee making machines was not working properly.
But the staff were doing their best with so many all at once.

They cancelled our booking. And 2 other couples we were meeting there. And then you reminded me in the run up to the weekend that we had a booking adding insult to injury. Now you want a review. Shambolic is all i can say.
