For being a five star hotel, i expected more. The first room, horrible view and condition, we changed rooms, much better.

It was ok , some staff were great - check in staff less than impressive. Nice place but definitely not 5 Star

Beautiful property in an upscale area. Highlights were the gorgeous landscaping (inner courtyards) and the superlative breakfast - the best “included” breakfast we’ve ever had on our extensive travels. Check-in reception was polite but not warm, pool was beautiful but frigid (solar panel heating at this price point maybe?), and house-keeping inconsistent. Keep your smart phone with you as QR codes are used for everything. Seems to be a popular place for diplomats/business men to meet; we felt kind of invisible/insignificant in comparison to other smaller, high-end hotels we’ve stayed at. Nice staff, the vew from the room on the couryard is beautiful, very nice moroccan restaurant, but, the rooms and bathrooms are dated, the pool is not heated Restarnts

Luxurious property with a very nice and clean pool. The staff were very helpful and friendly but would forget stuff you asked for or would have trouble understanding you in English. The bar adjacent to the building was noisy at nights for a family with a small baby but would be a nice place to go for a young couple. The restaurant is not the best either, it is very expensive with mediocre service.

The hotel was very good with easy parking. It was at walking distance from shopping and restaurants. It’s very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.
