However, I must say that this hotel is currently no longer a 5-star hotel. But that could be fixed with renovations to the rooms. They are outdated and have visible stains on furniture and floor. If the hotel renovated the rooms it would certainly be a a 5-star hotel again. My husband is from England and the staff insisted to speak to me in Mandarin. I guess as a paid customer we will have to do what's convenient for the staff not the other way round right?
