My wife and I chose this resort for our honeymoon, and we were thrilled with how amazing it was. The staff is so attentive, and the food was outstanding. It was so relaxing and quiet, so if you are looking for a peaceful vacation with your significant other, then this is the place to go. Our favorite part of the trip was eating tacos (they are SO GOOD) and lying on the loungers at the beach. The service at the beach was so attentive and kind. They always made sure we had a cold drink in our hands. All in all, we loved our stay and hope to come back sooner than later.

This resort was amazing. From the staff to the food to the kids clubs. My wife and I also did the massages and I got Brenda and man was she amazing. Super professional from start to finish.

This was my first trip to Mexico. I fell in Love. Paradisus gave true vacation vibes! From the events to the food to the gorgeous balcony view i had, everything was well worth it! Im seriously thinking about coming back next spring. It was hard to leave, esp for my 5 year old!

The staff were friendly and did their best to assist, though they seemed limited by the hotel’s policies and available resources—something that reflects more on management than on the team itself. The food was decent, but not particularly memorable. One downside was the strong push to become a timeshare member in order to access certain amenities, which took away from the overall experience. There were also several cost-saving measures that made the stay feel somewhat restrictive. For example, room service requires a $100 fee to use, and guests are limited to two bottled waters per day, with the expectation to refill at water stations. After spending time in the sun, having access to chilled bottled water would have been much more refreshing than room-temperature refills. Also, rooms had paper thin walls which made it difficult to sleep some nights hearing all the doors shutting or guest walking through the halls. On a positive note, the staff did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness throughout the property, which was appreciated. However, other limitations stood out—alcohol service is restricted to 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., so enjoying something like a mimosa with breakfast isn’t an option. Additionally, there was only one coffee station available, which could be inconvenient during busier times. Overall, while the staff and cleanliness were highlights, the various restrictions and policies made the experience feel more limited than expected

Staff was great and the Resort was very nice. The shower flooded the bathroom area and the sensor lights under the bed did not go out.

Rooms and pool were great. Food was just ok, wish I would have known club bistro was closed on Sunday and Tuesday.
