The staff was great they decorated the room for my birthday and everyone was nice and amazing!

We had an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make my stay special. A standout was Jeison at the bar his passion for crafting drinks really shows, and every cocktail was made with care and professionalism. The food was excellent, and breakfast was always fresh, flavorful, and a perfect start to the day. I also loved having access to their sister resorts and being able to enjoy additional amenities, which made the experience even more special. Overall, the service and atmosphere exceeded my expectations. We would definitely return and highly recommend this resort!

Food was good a lot of options. Some staff were very kind especially the sun club lounge but others seemed like they didn't want to talk to me or me asking for help was an issue for them. The buffet has good food but if you are trying to go for breakfast make sure you go early otherwise there will be a big line, same as dinner. The pools are nice but the best is the beach with the crystal clear water. Room was clean and only some times they would forget to fill the mini bar but as long as you let them know they would go and fill it up. The only issue with our room was one of the glass shower doors was missing so whenever we took a shower it would make a mess all over the floor.
