I highly recommend this resort. Its prime location near the beach makes it incredibly convenient for guests, and it’s just a short distance from all the main coral reef tour departures. Design wise was little 2012…remodel was 2014-2015. outdated tv etc
Partial ocean view interior differes BIG time vs “Celebration” ( website pics 2023)! Room is big, layout is odd: SHOWER is IN YOUR WALK IN WARDROBE!!! LOL ( unworn ruined silk clothes on day two) uncomfy bed. Service was inconsistent (from great to mediocre, depended on the person) big tips didn’t help. heavy on honeymooners, no cool vibe in the hotel, introverts. PROS: open air gym, sunset views, pancakes, birds and mini jungle feel. cons: concierge/front desk was dial broken. everything is an add on, u r cool if u want to $$$. newer cars (Mercedes and Range Rover were not available Lol), restaurant room service was OK and 90 min wait. Unfortunately hotel didn’t do it for me in 2025

I liked everything except the dining service. The staff was unfriendly and rude. They should not work there.-
they kept us in the bar in excess of 15 minutes even after 4 tables had been open We had to walk over to tell them that tables had been open.
