Very nice place to stay

Beautiful, sophisticated hotel in a beautiful setting.Highly recommend.

It's the best hotel i stayed in during this European trip. No doubt it takes extra effort to reach the hotel as it is tucked in the mountains but it's still accessible and just needs planning but it's all worth the effort. The views from and around the hotel are very relaxing and memorable. And the staff are more than amazing and very very helpful. They even took the pains to prepare a special breakfast for me because i had to check out an hour before the breakfast is served. And the breakfast they prepared was so much that i had to refuse some of it and I still managed to pack a portion of it for lunch. I felt very safe and well taken care of during my entire stay. The hotel is also family friendly. The families and children i met there were very happy. I had an awesome and memorable winter holiday in Hotel Montfort Tatry and wish i could come back to this hotel perhaps in spring or autumn season.

We had a great time, here. We didn't use the extra facilities (spa, massage...) but played bowling. :-) Breakfast had many options and choices.

Great Location! The hotel is located walking distance from the train station. When you get off the train, it's a short walk straight up the hill. You will need to know this because the locals will probably not want to help you with directions. The lady that greeted us at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! She was accommodating and nice. The pool and hot tub were wonderful after a day of hiking. The lady working the spa was unfriendly, but that's to be expected from many of the locals. The rooms were nice but very dated. If you go when the weather is cooler, you will be fine, but it is good to know for the warmer months, there is no air condition in the rooms. If you sleep with the window opened, there are cars and street noise. They did bring us a fan, but when the temperature rises to the 80s... you may want a room with AC. The shower was tiny. My husband took a shower in the locker room at the pool and it had plenty of room. It's a wonderful place to stay, just be aware of the AC situation. Also, The Brooklyn Brewery next door is an excellent place to eat! The food is wonderful and you get huge portions. The staff was also friendly.

Very nice place to stay

A beautiful hotel in the traditional zakopane style and perfectly located. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a large selection and high quality food. Gorgeous pool and spa. Would love to come back in the winter time!
