Rooms were very clean and staff was very friendly.

The lack of functioning AC makes this a no go for anyone who is healthy and looks to sleep.

Great staff, amenities and location

Central location but on the expensive side. We had a good room for the night we had booked but when we asked for late checkout the next day, they asked us to pack our luggage and moved us to a very tiny room, barely place to keep our bags and move about inside the room; no windows; they wanted to charge us half the same rate as for the larger room; music from the restaurant could be heard so we weren’t able to get the rest we needed before our night flight which was partly the reason for requesting a late checkout. They reduced the charge slightly but overall the extended time was not a very good experience. Ensure you get the room you book, yard rooms are probably not great. Staff were nice and helpful. Rooftop restaurant has good view of the city

While the hotel staff themselves were warm and professional, the overall experience was deeply disappointing due to extensive construction that was not adequately disclosed. Most concerning was a serious privacy incident. On Wednesday morning, while I was undressed in my room, a construction worker appeared directly outside my window and remained there momentarily.
