Central East Coast Florida Honeymoon Holidays

I love the outside visual of the property. I looks high end and very beautiful. When you walk through the hotel it is also very nice looking. But once you get to your room it becomes very underwhelming. I had to clean a poop stain off of the toilet, the TV barely worked and was ancient, my friend stepped on a roach during our visit and I was surprised to have fees to pay upon arrival! Room service took about 3 hours to come up and clean our room after we requested. The gift shop wasn't too pricey, especially with 15% off. I went to Hyde Park Steak and got the Wagyu steak and that was the best part about my stay. If I could go back in time, I would have chosen another hotel. This was good enough but did not meet expectations even slightly. We did the best we could to stay out of that hotel. Also, I never got to use the hot tub because it is so small and always full of people. They don't call to check if you need any amnemities, and if you ask them to bring any doordash orders up, they won't. Just thankful I had a bed to sleep in. Personally, I would recommend any other hotel but this one. Normally Hilton hotels are top notch but this was the lowest quality one I have experienced. My friend also said the same and he travels more than me.
