The property is nice & exactly as described when it come a to the proximity to the beach & beach access. They have beach chairs, bikes, and umbrellas for use for free, which I thought was a nice touch.

I’ve stayed here plenty of times over my life and i come back for the sentimental reasons. 5 years ago my sister and I stayed in a 2 bedroom oceanview and it was wonderful, very clean. This time we had an ocean front 2 bedroom and it felt smaller than the other room. Tv in the second bedroom was so small and in the closet with the mechanicals. Hardly enough room to walk around the bed. Love having dishes available to be used but some of them were broken (utensils to be exact). Elevator was agonizingly slow. Recommendations would be, make the second bedroom slightly larger or the bed slightly smaller, mount the tv on the side wall and for Pete’s sake please put ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

The beach view is excellent. Check in was quick and easy. The kitchen had absolutely everything. This was my fourth stay and the outdoor area was completely redone since last time I stayed and it was wonderful. Everyone that works there was very helpful and very pleasant. I will definitely stay here again.

THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND SPACIOUS. THE KITCHEN WAS FULLY STOCKED WITH POTS AND PANS. THERE WAS PLENTY OF CLEAN LINEN AND TOWELS. THE BALCONY VIEW WAS AWESOME AND THE VIEW WAS STUNNING. THE BALCONY WAS VERY SPACIOUS.

The building was clean. It was a great room with an awesome view of the ocean. We had one small maintenance problem and they took care of it immediately I believe Chris was the name of our maintenance man. We thought we did enjoy the stay

Staff was super helpful and check-in was easy. The room had everything we needed, but it was very humid. The ac pushed out cold air; it just didn't feel like it was dehumidifying the air.

Clean, quiet place to stay. 1st time to Ormond beach - we were looking for a place on the beach in March to avoid the spring break crowd and this delivered. We are beach people and wanted a place to relax at beach all day and easily return to room as needed. Photos were accurate. Parking secure. Kitchen equipped with all basics needed. Pool area was clean and offered games and grill if you wanted. Management was helpful. Ormond beach seemed older to us but safe for a mom and daughter. Not a lot within walking distance but a quick 5 minute drive in the car offered grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. Would recommend if you are looking for low key economical get away.
