our experience was fantastic , really cant say one bad thing about this place. it was absolutely spot on. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to Gloria , she was one of the reasons we had a great experience , she took things personally and went above and beyond for us and we are truly grateful. Can't recommend this place enough! Keep up the good work team!

We enjoyed a 10 day stay at Hipotels Playa de Palma Palace. The hotel is wonderful and the food exceptional! As many other guests have commented, the Hotel and rooms are very clean and everything is in good working order. A big plus is the spa that is available to all guests. We spent many hours enjoying the sauna, steam room, pool and heated seats. The staff were all friendly and polite. We ate meat every evening and the gentleman at the meat station, Tamba prepared our meat just right. We preferred the strict rules around designated smoking areas and evening dress code at this Hotel as it made our stay more enjoyable. The sister Hotel, Hipotels Gran Playa de Palma has activities at the pool for the children and adults which all guests can enjoy.
