We arrived quite late, and we were so well taken care of! The staff was beyond what our expectations could have imagined everybody went way above and beyond to ensure we have the best day as possible!
I truly delightful and a truly magical place! There is 100% chance that I would stay again.

Great, friendly, family run hotel. Clean and upgraded room with nice mountain view.
Ate at the restaurant every nights, because of the numerous other restaurants closed during the off season. The Maitre D', Paul, was terrific and suggested great local, reasonable wines.
Although there was no bathtub, a swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna were provided on the lower floor.
Good WiFi connection.

Lovely rooms, clean and comfortable, enjoyed the view from our balcony. Good choice at breakfast. Easy parking and lovely base to explore Dolomites
We had to leave super early to get our rescheduled flight, we had to leave by the first floor exit and couldn’t find a light
Otherwise the place was perfect

Helnöjda. Underbart spa, fantastiska middagar med fem rätter för 20 euro (!!!). Fina rum, sköna sängar, mycket trevlig/hjälpsam personal. Vill man åka skidor i det stora systemet bör man åka bil/buss till Canazei (15 minuter bort) för att slippa tidsödande "transportliftar". Men denna olägenhet uppvägs med råge av hotellets klass. Vi kommer definitivt tillbaka.

"Amazing hotel. Staff were very pleasant. Room was a suite which was lovely. Very good price for what we had. Dinner was included and was excellent. Breakfast was not bad but not as good as the dinner. All in all highly recommended!"
