The place is just so unique and so near everything. The rooms were spacious and were cleaned every day. The staff was so nice and so helpful. The parking was easy however, the handicapped spots were constantly being taken by people without permits, we went to the front desk to complain. They said they would see what they can do we told them to call the police to give them tickets, one car I left a note on and he never parked there again.
The bar was great, after being out all day and being able to end it with a drink in a beautiful bar was the best ever. We will definitely be back when prices are a bit cheaper.

This was easily the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in recent memory. Both at check-in and departure, we did not even get a hello or thank you for your stay. At check-in our greeting was “can I see your id and credit card” and departure was “we will email your receipt.” Tired room, awful breakfast set up in some oversized ballroom, bellman non-existent. I can’t describe how rapidly we wanted to end our stay there. The hotel should rename itself “The Mansion Where Nobody Cares.” Awful.
