Punta Cana Honeymoon Holidays

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! The property is huge and beautifully maintained — everything is clean, green, and very well taken care of. I always felt happy, relaxed, and well-fed — the food was consistently delicious with a great variety of options. There was never a moment when I felt uncomfortable or missing anything. One thing I especially appreciated was the transportation to the beach — it was very convenient and made getting there easy and stress-free. Overall, my experience was incredible. I truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, beautiful, and enjoyable vacation. I would love to come back again!

The pool was the place to be. Very spacious but limited seating. Friendly staff. Food was mediocre but the rest of the stay was great.

The Hard Rock was phenomenal! We traveled with 6 kids, 2 teenagers and 4 younger kids and there was something for everyone. There were food trucks with chicken tenders and fries everywhere, evening snacks with waffles, crepes, churros every night. The resort was so massive we probably only saw half of it. We saw 2 evening shows, 1 was supposed to be Dominican but ended up just being karaoke that was lame. The next night was a Beyonce show and WOW, it was so good! There were shuttles all over so no need to rent a golf cart.

WORST. FOOD. EVER. I’ve been to many all inclusives, so my expectations were not high. The food at all of the restaurants was very sub-par. The buffet was passable, but unlike other all-inclusives, there was no dinner buffet (just breakfast & lunch), so you were stuck with one of the restaurants or - even worse - room service as dinner options. The staff were a mix of lovely and friendly, and very grumpy. I also noticed many people NOT tipping, which could contribute to the grumpiness. The room and grounds were very nice and clean, as were the pools, etc. The drinks were strong, which was a pleasant surprise. But again, I tipped the bartenders well! If it weren’t for the poor quality of the food, I would definitely return here. However, the food was so bad that I won’t be coming back.

Beach staff were great for the diamond class. Butler was meh. Never got our free bottle of spirits despite asking several times. The promised diamond class beach bag also never appeared, so diamond class just wasn’t worth the money. It was a bit of a con. Cleaning staff great. The food just ruined the holiday. Buffets were barely warm. Got food poisoning from the Chinese. Steakhouse the saving grace. Would not return

It was a good stay, fairly clean, reasonably good food, great staff, the beach was good for walking with a very active ocean. We had a great 10 day stay.

Our expectations were high for this storied resort. But ultimately, we were disappointed. The scene on arrival was chaotic. With our Expedia premium status we were told earlier arrival was possible. But our rooms were not available until considerably past the 4 PM check in time. The overly crowded beach made it impossible to find three beach chairs. The food was OK, but not equal to the cost. Our best time was up at Alto de Chevon, a quiet and lovely village recreation. Bottom line… We were so excited and thinking we would prolong our stay there our final day but instead found ourselves anxious to leave. Too bad. Considering it’s famous past we felt it had lost it magic.

The property was beautiful. The food was good as well and the staff was extremely attentive polite and fun!

The resort is beautiful! So spacious its nit crowded at all!! Staff is super friendly, everyone smiles and says hello

staff was INCREDIBLE!! food was hit and miss. good variety, but while some things were very heavily seasoned, others seemed bland. room was nice, but we had a very stubborn glass balcony door. be prepared for the "time share" sales pitches (that you can politely decline). pool area had a lot of "occupied" loungers which was frustrating to have towels on them but no people there all day.
