We booked a king bed and Expedia said n upgraded room. At arrival we were moved to the upgrade room but it was not a king bed. They said they could move us until the next day. which they did but to the lowest rated rooms

Clean rooms. We had fantastic stay on the property. The beach was very clean and luckily swimming in the ocean was allowed even though there were red flags around the neighbouring properties. The white party on the beach was amazing. Friendly staff. The property is quite big and requires pick up and drop off rides which they call train rides. We found the on property transportation a nuisance as there were no sidewalks and have to be watchful. In general the drivers wont stop for pedestrians to cross. There were restrictions to explore and check out other areas.

Our room was cleaned and restocked with the mini frig full, more snacks, and a new bottle of wine or rum each day. The buffets were delicious and the steakhouse a big hit. Also the see by sea restaurant was delicious with lobster on the menu at night. Highly recommend Majestic Elegance to anyone looking for a great all inclusive. Staff super friendly and nightly entertainment and pool entertainment each day as well. Not to mention buffet during the day right on the beach. Was great!

The entire staff are top-notch! Excellent customer service and so friendly! Alvaro was an amazing butler, making sure we had everything we needed, organizing a special birthday surprise and looking after us all week! I love the amenities and special touches at Majestic! A great value for a spectacular resort!

Yes... room was spotless... staff was great

The welcoming and service throughout our stay was superb. Juan Bautista, our welcome supervisor did an excellent job making sure that our stay was a pleasant one and exceeding our expectations. Food and restaurants were also far better than we expected. The art crafting activities were also great tokens and relaxing experience which turned into great souvenirs to keep from out unforgettable weekend. The private beach club is also very nice and appetizers are outstanding. Highly recommnded place to stay if you look for a quiet, relaxing, beatifully appointed accomodation with great service at a reasonable price.

Third time at this wonderful resort! Randy, our butler is amazing!! 2nd time having him and treats us like gold! Stephanie at Helios is the best! Felix is so friendly and happy. Sandra took care of our room beautifully every day. Love the staff and the swim up room is key!!!

Room was clean, the staff amazing… the layout was nice and relaxed, perfect for those needing wheelchair accessibility. The food and spa are about a 6/10 each. The beach is wildly dangerous with strong waves even on a nice day. Lots of pros and cons. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere.
