We had a junior suite which was quite a good size. It aLao came with a daily foot massage, which was lovely. The spa anrea was very clean and bright. The girls working there were lovely and the massage was very pleasant. The room was well appointed, the only thing lacking was a full length mirror. Breakfast was also pretty good, not a big buffet but it had a wide selection of western and Vietnamese food. The breakfast staff were so helpful as they not only made eggs to order but also Vietnamese coffee and teas. Last but not least, the reception staff were outstanding. All spoke English well, were very helpful, in fact they went out of there to assist with even the smallest thing. Because of the oppressive heat during our stay we spent quite a lot of time at the hotel and got to know the staff very well. We really enjoyed the pool, although it was indoors, it was perfect. Not too deep in most areas and a good temperature to relax in. Overall our stay at little residence was a memorable experience, and we would not hesitate to stay there on our next trip to Hoi An.

Great place to stay when in Hanoi Old Town. 1min from the lake and short walk to bars and restaurants. Lovely comfortable bed and amazing staff. Would recommend this hotel to all travellers.

The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily and restocked. The food was great. We had daily messages and the ladies were absolutely fantastic. I will most definitely visit this resort again.

No longer stay at older property

Great location with easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Breakfast offered a good variety and was a pleasant way to start the day. The only downside was the hotel entrance, where the steps are quite high and may be challenging for some guests. Additionally, ongoing city construction made the road outside somewhat dirty and less appealing. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent service and a convenient location.

Great little boutique hotel. Staff were lovely and attentive and it’s so close to everything. Book Street and Opera House both in walking distance.

The surprise singing and performance—led by the wonderful Charlie Khang, Duy Anh, and Như—was a beautiful highlight that we will cherish forever! I also want to give a special mention to Trang and Sophie for being such phenomenal, attentive hostesses throughout our stay. And a huge shoutout to Tri and all the late-night bell hops who greeted us with genuine warmth and enthusiasm every single night when we returned late. Thank you so much to the entire team.
