We always love the Sofitel but this time most of the lifts were broken. It was taking so long to get a lift to reception on our departure that us, and tens of others, walked down the emergency stairwell instead.

The location is great which just next to George. But it’s on a little hill, you may need climb every day. The hotel is good in overall, but I can tell the room is very 1990s stile which there is no USBC block and the interior is very vintage. But it’s clean and staffs are all very kind.
