Excellent stay. Customer service was exceptional. The room was beautiful, comfortable, spacious and had excellent amenities. The bed was comfortable and shower had good water pressure. Very pleasant stay and will definitely stay again when in Manila.

Short Stay Approved - Not enough time to really explore the hotel, it's very clean overall and fairly centrally located to the action in the area within walking distance. Spacious room, more on the modern feel, doesn't feel outdated, I don't recall how frequent room service was, but the big downside is the 1 beach towel in the bathroom... not sure if you need to request more towels and will receive them. Pool area looked good but only up there to take a few photos. Elevators feel a little congested and slow - again, for a 2-3 day stay you're gonna be fine, longer than that I can't say if it's better or not.

Great place to stay. Property is very clean and the staff is very nice. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Hotel is close to everything.

Staff were amazing, hotel on beach, restaurant and service was very good. Sun lounges on beach with towels on and no one using them, this was all day and very disappointing, people reserving them while at lunch or shopping… my pet hate😡

Perfect stay. If I may recommend to switch food selections for your buffet breakfast. For guest like me who stayed longer 2 nights stay 2/20, 21, 22 3 nights stay 2/27, 28, 3/1 The food selections for breakfast buffet were pretty much the same. But otherwise, the hotel facility is perfect in many ways :)

The level of attention, kindness, and professionalism is remarkable. Our suite came with so many wonderful add ons (breakfast served at a more private restaurant, complimentary snacks from 11am to 5pm, and free cocktails at 4-6pm!). A stand out for me is our server Alysa who was so patient of reminding us of our free meals and drinks.
