The biggest disappointment was the Resevation and Introduction note stated the the Airport transport was free. I was charged 1,500 R for the transport service.

Property was very nice. I didn’t find staff particularly helpful, I.e. when I asked for map of area they didn’t have and directed me to travel desk that wasn’t open. At breakfast , I as a single person was basically ignored.

I just had the best experience! Deepak was super welcoming and made everything so easy. Sarog really went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. As a member, the perks were definitely worth it. I highly recommend this place!
