We received a handicap room (not needed) and that was fine. However, there was a bathtub and not a walk-in shower or a way to get a hdcp person into the shower. It was a big bathroom but needed more counter/shelf space and places to hang wet towels. We were centrally located right near the pool, beach, bar and breakfast.

The rooms were beautiful and roomy. The staff was super friendly as well. They do run a shuttle to and from the beach and Duval street. The hotel really is nice. Not much to do in the area but plenty to do at the hotel.

My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at La Concha Key West. The property is magnificent and the staff were terrific; so genuine, thoughtful and accommodating. We especially want to recognize Jennifer and Paul. They made us feel special and welcome. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Key West. John D

Friendly staff, room cleaning could have been better. Last two days of our stay there was no room cleaning performed. Did not know about the parking fees at the resort until we arrived. I may have overlooked that while reviewing the property while booking.
