Excellent hotel, location is the best, it is situated downtown and within walking distance of everything. Special touches that I have never experience before, requested a crib for a baby and we were supplied with a genie and a bathtub as well. Will definitely book in this hotel again.

Beautiful view of the mountains. The suite was nice except the cleanliness of the floors. My families feet were black not even 5 minutes of walking around the suite.

Most everything was pretty great, with the exception of the restaurant. It was getting late so I went to order food to take back to the room, about 20 mins before closing at 9pm. Waitress said it’s not too late & asked if I’d like them to deliver to my room so I didn’t have to wait around. I told them yes thanks, that’d be great. I waited & waited & waited & finally got a call from the front desk at about 9:30pm saying they were sorry but they weren’t able to make my order because the cooks went home. What the heck? Obviously not at all impressed. Everything else was really great.

No power from 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. , no internet, no hot water.
