The property is AMAZING. The outdoor area surrounding it does not feel like you are in the middle of a big metropolis. It is quiet, serene, and beautiful. The room decor was a bit dated but it was all clean and comfortable. The gym area is a bit small, however I didn't have an issue as there were just myself and another gentleman using it both mornings of our stay, and we preferred different machines!

The hotel was fantastic. The only issue we had was that the cleaning crew never showed up. It wasn’t a huge deal, but we were running low on toiletries and it would have been nice to have more.

Pool was great. But no one skimmed the bugs or leaves off at any point over our 4 night stay. Unless it was people using their hands to scoop out dead bugs. This could easily be fixed. As there is a pool skimmer tucked in behind the shelves for people belongings. And for the amount per night. It would have been nice to have the pool staff take care of that a few times a day easily.

I would rate only what I had used ( the room) since we did not use other amenities offered.
The room was nice and had a small kitchen which really helped us stay on our diet( cooking own meals).The hotel located right in the heart of the downtown very convenient but there was lots of noise and emergency sirens throughout the day and night which is made really difficult to sleep and brought up anxiety levels up.
