Our stay at Galle Face was a truly pleasant experience. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The restaurant staff were always polite, attentive, and eager to ensure our needs were met. A special thanks to Devi for her kindness and exceptional service. We would also like to thank Guest Relations Executive Ivoni, who kindly arranged an early check-in for us after a long flight. This thoughtful gesture made a huge difference and was greatly appreciated.Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding hospitality and excellent service. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning in the future.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. Go for the opera wing and the lounge is a great addition. The beds are super comfortable and the shower wonderful. Best location in Hanoi. Highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast is also excellent with lots of choices and high quality.

We reserved a one bedroom mansion suite with karaoke room for a birthday celebration. We informed staff and management upfront what we intended and we were granted permission. The party started at 7:00. At 7:25, the duty manager came to the suite informing us she had received complaints about noise (from six or seven persons who were in attendance?); she could see we had food prepared, arranged in the dining room, a bar set up so she agreed that the party must end at 9:30 pm. We agreed abd said that cleanup would occur following the departure of the guests. We also turned down the music to nonexistent. At 8:15, the night manager arrived and said the duty managed had changed her mind, we could have the party until 11:30 pm. We thanked him and conveyed our thanks to the duty manager who was no longer on site. At 10:15, the night manager returned and informed us he was calling the police, a guest had complained, and we must leave immediately except for the name on the reservation. We expressed astonishment and agreed, but informed him that we disagreed and would need fifteen minutes to pivot and figure out where to continue the party. One of the persons in our group found a new venue, food and beverages were organized and we left the Sofitel without a demonstration or a ruckus within twenty minutes. The next morning, two persons cleaned the suite, picked up the extra food and beverage and the when we departed at checkout, the suite looked better than when we checked in….
