Beautiful hotel and the staff is friendly and polite. Clean rooms and the food is great. Definitely will return again.

I have to thank few staff members especially Pablo who was extraordinary, kind ,professional , helpful as no other I have met around traveling . After Alan and the beautiful Alexandra they went out their way to make my stay so memorable. Thanks hips ♥️ The hotel was in best position , close to transport and close by all popular places. Beautiful views of Macau too . Loved it all my high light

The staff at Galle Face Hotel were exceptional; every member of the team we interacted with was extremely hospitable, welcoming and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Their service stood out and made the visit memorable. That said, the condition of the building itself was quite disappointing and did not reflect the quality of the staff. The room's control panels barely functioned, and the air conditioning was inconsistent at times. During heavy rain, the window seals were not adequate, and water leaked into the room overnight, leaving puddles inside. Again, the staff were among the best service we've experienced, but the property itself is in need of significant maintenance and upgrades to match the level of hospitality provided.

Great value hotel with great location and breakfast. I had nothing to complain about the hotel. I was arrived to this hotel after I stopped at another destination before Shanghai. My after heavy use of sunblock and sun exposure with not kid friendly hotel soup usage, my son started to develop rashes on his face by the time arriving in Shanghai, checking in at hotel. We were hoping it will get better but it got worse as we went forward with our travel plans in shanghai. By our third day, when checking out from the hotel to depart to Disneyland, our son's face had noticeable rashes, my wife wanted to take him to a hospital to get a check up. Luckily we had a travel insurance and we wanted to take our son to some of the listed hospitals to visit by international traveler. So we asked the lo by receptionist and I think her name was Suki. She helped us to make a call to the hospital and set up an appointment for was to go immediately with about 15 minutes raxi ride. We then was able to arrive at the hospital had my son checked up by a doctor received an medication and given a direction on what to watch out for and what might be a possible cause. We were about two hours behind wirh our original schedule to go visit Disneyland and we were able to go with medications and peace of mind knowing that it was not anything too serious and could go forward with travel plans with medication and right ways to protect and prevent. We were super grateful for the hotel staffs.
