After some discussion, we were moved to a room on a higher floor with a lake view, but even that room lacked basic 5-star amenities — it was very minimal. The interior felt outdated and didn’t reflect the luxury one would expect from a hotel of this rating. Another disappointing detail was breakfast. You are assigned a table and not allowed to choose where you sit — even if there are empty tables with a view. This is quite ridiculous for a 5-star hotel and really takes away from the experience. Overall, our stay felt more like a 3-star experience rather than a 5-star one.
