This should be barely a 3 star hotel NOT a 4 star AT ALL. First disappointment was that the rooftop bar is closed for renovations & this info should have been shared when the room was confirmed. The lobby lounge area, has seating that seems stylish at first glance but a few chairs had torn faux leather seats with sharp edges. The A/C and fan in the room was so loud, I never got a good nights sleep. It woke me up each time it went on since it was on auto. Tried sleeping without and it was just too hot. The water pressure in the shower is TERRIBLE. it went from a normal spray to barely enough water to wash hands. This change in pressure would happen about every 30 seconds; strong pressure to shower, then extremely weak pressure, like a spout. The room itself was fine, until I noticed the touch up paint spots on the walls, the broken curtains, the nasty dirty grout in the shower & floor. Also, the bottom of the shower gets super slippery when using conditioner, they didn't use the proper shower pan tiles. Finally, the narrow shower door opens into the shower which is extremely shallow, so getting in and out was a challenge even being a slender build body type. Would NOT recommend this hotel.

Basic room , no frills . No security

There were 16 of us in our group. I was unhappy with the hotel reception staff; the receptionist who attended to us wasn't very polite and didn't smile once while we were waiting to check in. After a long journey, we arrived hoping for a relaxing stay, yet we didn't receive the kind of welcome my friend had described. It will likely be a long time before we return.
