West London Golf Holidays

It was a clean and spacious room close to the airport but that’s it, it’s expensive for what you get. Beds are a bit tough, staff do the minimum, didn’t give any instructions, tips or details at check in, and there is no shuttle to the airport. A/C didn’t cool the room even at max, a lamp was not working and they only put one roll of toilet paper in the room. Room felt too dark even with all the other lights on. Parking is additional £25 and if you do it on the machine, you have no in and out privileges. They don’t have a shuttle either. Checkout is at 12pm, but I called to get a few more minutes and they say I can stay one hour more but I had to pay £10. Breakfast was good, but I paid more to have it included. Didn’t feel that I get enough for my money, there are better options.

1. Wrong key card information. My room was on 1st floor, but the card said 4th, send me run around at 11pm. 2. The sink water stopper has yellow/black ring of residue - NO, not hard water mark, it's simply dirty. 3. The single function shower head is positioned high up there close to the ceiling; you need a ladder to climb up there is repair is needed. The shower head stem is ~5" long sticking out of the wall, while the temperature/volume adjutors are also ~5" long sticking out of the same wall. You have to stand right below the shower head to get water onto you, and the volume/temperature adjustors will stick to your back when you do that. Imagine yourselves in that position?! 4. When I entered the room, the TV was on mute and playing Reese Witherspoon's Legally Blond. I turned the TV off then back on, it's playing that again, continuously? Shouldn't the TV display the usual hotel main page that provides basic hotel information? I wouldn't even know if the movie is free or I will be charged? 5. The hotel's management must know too well that this is a convenient location for overnight layover in Heathrow Airport terminal 5. Take it or leave it.

Regular user of this hotel and it never disappoints. Staff are delightful, welcoming of dogs but it never feels overly doggy! Food and drinks delicious Exceptional location with glorious sunsets to the west, Richmond Park on your doorstep and a nice stroll into town.

It’s great. It’s old which is lovely. I didn’t love the area, but it’s not the hotels spot. I loved it.
