The Hotel was O.K. There is no fridge or kettle in the room We had dinner in the restaurant it was amazing and staff were wonderful One of the best resturants we have been to in Europe Thankyou to the Staff at the Restaurant

Lovely hotel and staff, and very convenient to walk into Reims town. Comfortable bed and quiet. Access after hours via door keypad providing flexibility. My only suggestion is that the swimming pool was far too cold to be enjoyable, please turn the heating up.

I liked nothing about the hotel. Broken shower wand, broken toilet seat. Barn door slider that was difficult to operate.

When arriving the lights were off, doors locked and no instructions on how to check in. We found a number online and when we called we were told we had to go to another hotel to check in. Once we got the room key and went back to Cecyl, we had to walk through a construction site with screws on the ground, stacks and pieces of drywall where I had to pick up my large roller bag weighing 60 lbs and walk sideways through the corridor to get to the stairs because of all of the construction materials spread out all over the place. There is no elevator so I had to carry the bag up to the 3rd floor. Would never stay here again. Pay a little extra and stay at a different hotel.
