The 427 sq ft room was a nice size with plenty of space to move around and very clean. The property was truly a 5 minute walk to the beach and all the boardwalk action, which includes lots of restaurant choices and other things to do. Parking at the hotel is Very limited we had to park on the street. This was disappointing because onsite parking was one of the reasons we booked this hotel.

Good points … Air conditioning in the room Cleanliness standards 10/10 Rooftop swimming pool Points to be aware of … Wi-Fi abit hit and miss The spa prices are extortionate! 55 euros for 60 mins ! If they been longer or cheaper I would have tried it . The hot breakfast selection was not good.

We have stayed twice now as we love this hotel. It’s clean, friendly, rooms are air conditioned. The food in the hotel has a wide range, we are vegan and managed to find a variety - more so than last year too. (After about 5 days of half board we were ready for a break from it). Ignore the bad reviews, you’ll have a lovely time here.

Booked a room with a ‘fully equipped’ kitchen - it had nothing in the cupboards and reception refused to provide any kettle, cups etc as advertised so couldn’t even make a cup of tea! Left jacket in wardrobe but housekeeping didn’t hand it in and reception not helpful - wouldn’t even check with staff or room. Beds hard with 1 flat pillow Doors bang when they close all night Reception only knew ‘it’s not possible’ to anything asked of them and customer service terrible. Pool snack bar not manned - only drinks available in day is vending machines Hotel is just soul less and really nothing in the vicinity of the hotel to do - bar Portaventura. Pros - free shuttle bus, breakfast is fab as are the dining room staff, room was decent size.

Great hotel, staff could not do enough for you. Excellent location. Place was spotless as well

What a great little place. 2 bedroom spacious appartment with a good sized balcony. A well equiped kitchen with washing machine which was a bonus because mine had broke the day before my holiday. Staff really helpful and nice. Nice pool with plenty of beds and not too busy. A very safe and secure building. Nice restaurants a short walk away. 20 mins walk to beach. Would definitely return. I have no complaints at all.

Nous étions dans la section Club et tout était fabuleux. Terrasse privée sur le toit. Toutes les commodités sont disponibles dans cet appartement. L’endroit est génial, près de la plage et de nombreux restaurants. Les parcs d’attractions et la gare sont à moins de 20 min à pied. Je recommande!
