Great delicious variety at breakfast

We stayed at this hotel the night before our flight as it was conveniently located near the airport with a restaurant at that location. Overall the hotel was great, clean and the staff was friendly. We had a problem with our AC and the front desk member was able to fix the problem and put us in a different room right away. We will definitely come back.

This is far from a 4 stars hotel. It looked better on the pictures than it is. The is no sauna/hammam/spa service available except for an offer 2 half-days a weeks… The breakfast was unavailable to us. It is irritating to pay the “ hotel price” we paid but to be ask to deal with removing the bed sheets and get the trash out. The pool is nice and it is walking distance from the beach and the downtown area with dining options.

Nice place , good location the only draw back was bad smell from the toilet although the staff did their best but it didn't work much

It's truly a boutique hotel, personally owned by one man since 2005. It took him 2 years to renovate a neglected 19th century stable and create a luxurious retreat. The hotel only has 8 rooms (making it the smallest 5-star hotel in France), and it's open during Biarritz' high season, only 4 months. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are tastefully decorated in a blend of modern and period furnishings. The art collection is French Modernist (think Bernard Buffett), the glass is blown glass from the 60s and 70s. And then there is the champagne, mostly Dom Perignon. Luxury experience? Absolutely. Gracious? Very. Clean? Spotless. Gourmet food? Delicious. Spa? Yes. Pool? A lap pool! Landscape? Gorgeous. Pet friendly? Silver bowl for the puppy! Interior decor? Made me so jealous I didn't want to leave. Breakfast is a la carte, and drinks are generous. We will definitely return.

I received a great price for my one night stay. Although I didn't have breakfast I did have a beer and a meal in the evening, such a pleasant setup for a bargain hotel
