From reception, restaurant, bar and room very pleased, thankyou.

The staff at check in were helpful and freindly,I arrived in Jersey early but was able to leave luggage at reception, and was wrong when apartment was ready. The Apartment was very clean modern, a little starter pack (washing up liquid, sponge,cloth,paper towel, dishwasher tablet, washing powder tablet, bun dinner, tea, coffee, a cereal box and a pint of milk, had soap, toiletroll, mini shower gells, towels) all appliances you need,and crockery, large tv in main room and bedroom, bed was comfertable. Also Aircon also handy as it was still quite warm mid September.. would definitely return next tine in Jersey.

Great facilities and location. Pool, steam, gym and sauna were fab. Lovely breakfast.

Had a wonderful relaxing stay at the Somerville Hotel. Hopefully will return very soon

Very clean room, Staff were excellent, breakfast was outstanding. We did not use the spa

1. Very expensive - £751 for 3 nights 2. The most unhelpful and unkind staff ive ever come across. 3. My husband had a stroke 3 days before we were due to go. I contacted the hotel and was transferred to their call centre. They offered a goodwill gesture to rebook which I was really grateful for. I explained that flights to jersey from our nearest airport in edinburgh stop in october and start again in april therefore could i rebook for the first week in april as my husband cant fly just now anyway due to the stroke. The answer was no - we have to rebook for this year as this is the company policy. I emailed the CEO of this national chain and explained our situation but Ive not had a response from her. I will not be booking any hotels in this chain ever again.

Lovely hotel good size room comfortable, staff lovely.. But the only down side was shower wasn’t strong enough over the bath and hand held bath spray handle you could not control hot water it’s a bit dangerous I though also could do the a rubber Matt in bath as deep & slippy.
