Nice hotel very close to most things , especially the train station. Not really any local French charm like the smaller hotels in town. Check in staff very helpful, I had made a mistake on my reservation and they were able to help and resolve the issue without any fuss.

Great location a a hotel

The place to stay in Bilbao. Location? Right next to the Museum. Enjoy the Terrace and the great service throughout the Hotel. Rooms are very comfortable, including the ones with inner views.

Upscale hotel away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We were very comfortable. We had no trouble finding parking on the street close to the hotel.

I’m traveling in the north of Spain and spent two nights in San Sebastian, one of the most beautiful cities I’ve ever seen. The pictures you see do not do it justice. You have to come to appreciate it.. this hotel I picked out of the blue on Expedia and I got very lucky.. close to the Auto bus station in a 10 minute taxi ride to the old town.. Aitor was the first person that met me and he went out of his way to help me with questions about the city.. the entire staff was very friendly and pleasant.:Aitana , Estella,Xabi and Amais… great location to see this beautiful city and a lovely hotel, Their buffet breakfast was excellent!!!

Absolutely lovely hotel, amazing brekkie and very comfy bed. Excellent location with friendly staff.

This hotel has an excellent breakfast and good location. But the room was extremely small with a narrow double bed and a bathroom door that only partially opened due to obstruction. There was however a good size balcony. There is a nightclub nearby and the party was on until late with big crowds at the street. The service itself was efficient and nice but the hotel felt very expensive for what it was.
