I left my room for over 5 hours assuming housekeeping would clean it — yet it was never serviced, even after multiple complaints and promises from the front desk. Management Antonio, showed no apology, no urgency, and no effort to fix it. Absolutely unacceptable for a so-called luxury hotel.
