Residencial Bavaro Punta Cana Golf Holidays

Beautiful resort, but the overall experience was underwhelming, especially for the price. The rooms were gorgeous, the property was well maintained, the staff was friendly, and we felt safe throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the food was mediocre, and the entertainment lacked variety. One of my biggest disappointments was the lack of Dominican culture. When traveling internationally, I want to experience the country’s music, food, and atmosphere, not the same music I can hear back home! The resort is massive, yet transportation around the property was limited. The lazy river was under construction, and we were repeatedly asked to leave empty areas reserved for members, despite no visible signage. There also wasn’t enough to do for younger couples or groups staying longer than three days. Activities like bowling and the escape room should be included considering the resort’s pricing. The transportation company also needs better customer service and organization. Overall, while the resort is beautiful, it lacks the entertainment, cultural experience, food quality, and value offered by other resorts. I expected much more from Hard Rock Punta Cana.

Our stay at Finest Punta Cana was absolutely amazing! The hotel is beautiful, modern, and has everything you could want for a relaxing getaway, but the best part of this trip was truly the staff. If you’re traveling as a couple, I highly recommend booking the Excellence Club. It made our experience even better and added that extra level of comfort, attention, and ease that made the trip feel truly special. The staff went above and beyond and were so thoughtful and detailed. From Maria making our eggs at Market Table, to Jose helping us arrange a cab service, and Ronny at the bar always making us feel welcomed, we genuinely felt taken care of throughout our entire stay. We won’t forget how comfortable and at ease everyone made us feel. That kind of service makes a trip unforgettable. We absolutely loved our stay and would 100% come back!

Awesome property

Property was beautiful, bigger than I had thought. To use the full amenities of the resort you must travel by golf cart, which was fine. Pools were nice and clean, swim up bars were great ( maybe a little understaffed ), but still got what we needed. Staff kept the beach area clean and nice. Room service was scheduled and delivered on time, Rooms were clean and kept up even when asked to come back at a later time. We made reservations at 5 restaurants and food was excellent! Julio helped with our excursions and was awesome to deal with! Check in and check out process was hassle free. Would recommend this property to anyone.

Room 4015 was very dirty, Lisselotte and Edwin the best in entertainment dept. Francisco - Super service at Dorado restaurant Cesar excellent concierge siempre pendiente de todo.

Excellence El Carmen was nice and the staff was very accommodating! Need food service on the beach! More food options! Rooms need a thorough cleaning! Patio furniture needs to be replaced or cleaned for stains! Towels need to be replaced for rooms and the beach! Seaweed was not cleaned up enough on the beach!
