Fab staff on reception and great room, very cool set up!

Beautiful property, exceptional views and the staff were wonderful. A few special mentions because hospitality means everything to me beyond service. Jenna at the front dest, repeatedly helped me with my unusual requests, always with a smile and kindness. The concierge team - every single one of them went above and beyond with recommendations, accommodations and promptness. At the pool, a special shout out to the twins, Mateo and Stella. They went above and beyond to make my poolside service exceptional and personal. They embodied true hospitality in their continual service. Les Roches Blanches in Cassis is 5 star with reason. They do not and did not miss an opportunity to provide excellence in every area. Highly recommend, even if it’s slightly out of your price range.

We had a lovely overnight stay at the hotel. All the staff we met were exceptional - friendly, courteous and helpful. The hotel has a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The loss of one star is due to the weird room configuration. The ensuite in room 107 was at the far end of the room and had a shower and washbasin, the lavatory was by the entrance to the room but did not have a washbasin in it, which meant that after using the loo you had to walk across the room to wash your hands - fine during the day, but a nuisance if you need to go at night.

The location is perfect. Right on the beach and seconds walk from great restaurants. Comfortable hotel.
