Was a very nice room and easy to come and go. However the fire alarm got pulled at 3am on my second last night there and not because of a fire. I then couldn't go back to bed and was super tired for my meetings the next day.

The hotel was very nice and pleasant. The only thing is that was just a full little fridge that you need to pay for every items in the room and it cost $25 per day to have an empty little fridge for your personal drinks. But beside that was awesome and definitely recommend it.

I thought the Fairmont in San Francisco was the best, but our Gold Suite at the Royal York put SF to shame. The suite, the exclusive lounge, the exclusive elevator — it was definitely worth the price. I can’t recall the last time I had a hotel room that made me want to stay inside all day, but this one did. Splurge and do it.
