The staff,right from the welcoming team ( who are so careless in even the welcome drink service), right up to kitchen, are all extremely pleasant , smart, but unfortunately, very badly trained. They are in a constant state of confusion whenever any instruction is put to them, hence delay in everything.
The food menu is so totally ethnic that the Western guests with us had hardly any choice of food. We finally had to take them out of your hotel to eat.
A good property, but if you don’t improve your training team, it’ll be just a mediocre hotel. We were a group of ten on a holiday, but will need to think twice before we return here.
